Ms. Shuqin (Jane) Zhou was a top-three Professional athlete in the Chinese National Track and Field Team, ranking #17 in the world. Considered an Olympic contender, until she injured her knee in 1992, thus ending her professional athlete's life. She worked as a professional throw coach for professional Chinese athletes after receiving her Sports Training Degree. During her coaching career, she gained more than 8 years of experience in Acupressure massage and Acupuncture for sports injuries. She obtained her certificate for Canadian training in Foot Reflexology in 2007 and started her own clinic as a certified foot reflexologist. She became a certified advanced Chinese Manipulative Therapist in China in 2008, and has gained a reputation for very effective massage.
In 2010, she graduated from PCU College of Holistic Medicine and became a fully licensed Acupuncturist in British Columbia. Currently, she is practicing at Lifestyle Health Centre in Langley BC.
